Family Tree

Hello everyone.

Florrie & Jennifer, thank you for setting up this Blog.

For all those reading this, not too long ago, I started building my (our) Family Tree. Unfortunately, I do not get to spend as much time as I would like to working on it. As a result, the tree still has many missing or bare limbs, particularly on the Kelly/Thorp/Bailey side.

Thus, if anyone else shares my interest and would like to help me fill in some of the missing blanks, I would greatly appreciate it. The information I maintain is pretty basic, as in Names, Dates, and Places regarding Birth's, Marriages/Divorces, and Deaths.

I maintain the tree online though the Ancestry.com website, and for others to view it, I will need to send you an Invitation through their website. So, if you would like to view the tree and help grow it, please post a comment here to this post providing your e-mail address, and I will send you an invitation.

Here is a peek at what the Ancestry.com website Tree Format is like (click the picture to enlarge it):

Thanks in advance!

Great, someone finally did something besides read the blog! Spoke to Ed today and he's waiting for a "Disney Coordinator" number and then they will assign him a coordinator who will have all kinds of ideas for us. I received an email from Nikki Thorp in Arizona who is Bill Thorp's daughter. She is reading the blog -- so hello to you again!! Hope some of you will jump in now and contribute whatever to our blog.

Susan

OK, I've never blogged before. I don't know if I am doing this right. If someone receives this, let me know.

1st Post

I sent all of you an email telling you about the blog and instructions to sign on. We can then post information, comments, pictures, etc. to it that we can all view. Hopefully you have done that!! Just remember, anything you post on the blog -- anyone can view.

This is really a good way for a family to keep in touch, not only before our Family Reunion, but also afterwards.

Welcome!

Welcome to the Kelly/Thorp Family Reunion blog! This blog was set up by Florence Codding and Ed Sheridan to share information, photos, and other tidbits with members of the Kelly/Thorp Family--particularly those meeting for a reunion at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida in March 2010.

Feel free to become a follower, post a comment, or even let Florence add you as a member so you can create your own posts.

Hope to see you in Orlando in 2010!!
